Couples Counseling

Female and male perspectives on relationship issues can vary greatly. This is particularly true when it comes to expressing emotions, the ability to establish a level of communication that is understandable to both partners, or even intimate needs. Women and men need different approaches to solving problems because we think and reason differently, as has been scientifically proven.

Corinna Ackermann and I are a couple in our private lives and we are both trained in couples counselling and other methods. These include emotional process work, shamanic journeys, men's emotional training, hypnosis, couples therapy, holographic kinetics, shinrin-yoku, the CAST method, mediumistic communication, NLP and, last but not least, a series of lived couple relationships, divorce, everyday working life in various jobs and self-employment. As parents, we know your realities and have gone through a lot of ups and downs ourselves.

 

With over 30 years of combined expertise, our online couples therapy offers the opportunity for both energies, male and female, to find their space, leading to solutions and peace for both involved and their family. During the sessions, we will coach you individually, one-on-one, as well as all four of you together, whereby you, as a woman or a man, are welcome to ask for the perspective of the same or opposite sex at any time.

We will ask tough questions, challenge your belief systems and perhaps dissolve your ideas about guilt and victim-perpetrator roles. We insist that all parties involved are heard and understood with equal importance, and that your shared values and what you appreciate about each other are put back at the centre of the relationship.
